Maka Sewashi memasang program pencapaian ke Doraemon memaksanya untuk menjaga Nobita. Kecuali dia membuat Nobita bahagia, Doraemon tidak bisa lagi kembali ke abad ke-22. Inilah bagaimana kehidupan Doraemon dan Nobita dimulai. Akankah Doraemon berhasil misi ini dan kembali ke abad ke-22?
